Gloss. Commercial Law in Judgments and Commentaries is a scientific journal, that has been published since 1995. The quarterly focues on publishing scientific papers regarding broadly understood commercial law, both in Poland, at EU level, and internationally. It publishes glosses analysing the judgements of Polish: Supreme Court, the Supreme Administrative Court, courts of appeal, as well as the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights. The Editorial Team also allows for the publication of a limited number of texts in the form of scientific articles. The author receives 70 points, each time, after having his/her article published in the journal (accordingly to corresponding norms of Polish law). The journal is indexed in the international database: European Reference Index for the Humanities and Social Sciences (ERIH+) and ICI Journals Master List.
